Hello all!! Today was a good day for me because I ate a awesome dinner and got a good workout in. I did a lot of push-ups and burpees,and as of now, I feel sore! Everything was good and I had salmon fish with chicken wings and potato salad for dinner. Along with that, I ate garlic bread. I enjoyed the food and loved the garlic bread my mom made because it was crunchy. I felt good because of the awesome food I ate and the tough workout I did. I hope you all had a good day!!
